Two New Locations for Elsie's Place in Carol Stream and Beecher

Exciting News!

In December 2025, we opened two new Elsie’s Place video gaming cafés – one at 224 W Army Trail Road in Carol Stream and another one at 1140 Dixie Highway, Unit 1 in Beecher. Official Grand Opening celebrations are scheduled for both gaming cafés. Carol Stream’s event will be Friday, February 13th from Noon until 2 pm and Beecher’s event will be Wednesday, February 25th from 11 am to 1 pm. At each celebration, guests will be able to utilize the J&J Player Payback App to start earning points for rewards. There will also be snack and beverage specials.

Elsie’s Place Carol Stream is open Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 am – 11:00 pm, and Friday through Saturday from 9:00 am – midnight. Elsie’s Place Beecher is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am – 11:00 pm, Friday through Saturday from 8:00 am – midnight, and Sundays from 10:00 am – 10:00 pm.

About Lieberman Companies

When Illinois passed the Video Gaming Act in 2009, Lieberman Companies developed Elsie’s Place, which combined gaming and restaurants. The act legalized the use of up to five video gaming terminals (VGTs or slot machines) in licensed retail establishments. The number of VGTs allowed has since grown to six. Lieberman Companies is a 4th generation family-owned company based in Bloomington, MN and has had numerous business relationships in Chicagoland over the past 50 years.
