Elsie’s Place Provides A Safe and Clean Gaming Environment

Elsies Place Safe Gaming Environment

Elsie’s Place Has Reopened

After being closed since mid-March when Illinois suspended video gaming due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Elsie’s Place resumed operations on July 1, 2020. Elsie’s Place reopened the following video gaming café locations: Belvidere, Berkeley, Crest Hill, East Hazel Crest, Elburn, Justice, Prospect Heights, Sleepy Hollow, and Waukegan. The Worth location will reopen on August 3, 2020 and the Streamwood location is permanently closed. Check with each individual location for their updated business hours.

A Safe Place To Play

The number one priority is to create the safest and cleanest environment possible for our staff and players. Some of the extra precautions that Elsie’s Place is taking to ensure this are:

  • Dividers and/or extra space added between gaming machines
  • Hand sanitizers
  • Required face masks in the gaming area
  • Social distancing signs and floor markers
  • Less seating in general areas

Each of our establishments will be thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis and we will continue to use best practices to keep our Elsie’s Place team and customers safe and healthy.

Rewards Program

Upon reopening, Elsie’s Place will continue our player rewards program. For every 10 visits, customers will receive $10 in free play that is redeemable at any of our locations in the Chicago area. We believe it is important to reward customer loyalty. Stop in and get your punch card. Punches never expire!
