40th Anniversary of the MOMA State Dart Tournament
2026 MOMA State Dart Tournament Recap
On January 29 – February 1, 2026, the Minnesota Operators of Music & Amusements (MOMA) held their 40th Annual State Dart Tournament at Canterbury Park in Shakopee, Minnesota. Players from the state competed in 501 and Cricket singles, doubles, and team events of all levels. There was also a Mixed Trips 701 satellite event. Many of our American Amusement Arcades (AAA) league players competed against other dart players from all over Minnesota.
1st Place Winners from AAA Dart Leagues
Congratulations to our AAA league players who went home with first place finishes in the MOMA dart tournament.
For the 501 Doubles event, Matt Huch & Rob Egan won 1st place in the Level 3 division. Two duos won 1st place in Open Cricket Doubles: Davis Klund & Dat Hoang (Level 8) and Candice Lehn & Jeanine Hill (Level 8). AAA had two Cricket Singles 1st place wins from Andrew Erickson (Level 2) and Matt Nightengale (Level 7).
Overall, Brendan Westphal had the most top finishes for AAA! He won 1st place with Emily Wulff in the Level 2 division for Mixed Cricket Doubles, as well as 2nd place in 501 Doubles Level 3 and 2nd place in Open Cricket Doubles Level 4, both with partner Jonah Toutant. Jonah also finished 3rd place in Cricket Singles Level 7.
Donations for the MOMA Scholarship
At the tournament, MOMA raised money for the MOMA Scholarship Fund. A select number of college-bound students with industry ties are awarded scholarships each year. See our most recent scholarship recipients!
