AMUSEMENT EXPO SPEAKERS

Amusement Expo Recap - American Amusement Arcades

Two of our amusement and ATM experts are gearing up for next week’s Amusement Expo in Dallas, Texas, where they will be discussing industry-related topics in the education sessions.

Molly Stewart, who heads up ATM sales at Lieberman Companies, will be part of a four-person panel on “Surveying the ATM Landscape for Street Operators”. Each panelist brings a wealth of experience that spans the spectrum of the ATM business. Discussions will include current trends, future challenges, and where ATMs are in the product life cycle and inventory among street operators. This education session will be held Tuesday, March 14 from 2:45-3:45 pm in the Austin 1 Room at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel.

Tim Zahn, general manager of American Amusement Arcades and a member of the board of directors for AMOA, will join Andy Shaffer of Shaffer Services to present “Making a Big Impression with a Small Footprint FEC”. This is a follow-up to last year’s session on setting up smaller-sized family entertainment centers (FECs) where they will continue the conversation about creating a new space or converting an existing configuration into a fun, inviting, profitable FEC in an unattended location. Tapping into their vast experience as operators, Tim and Andy will talk about advantages of self-service kiosks, keys to success, and how to pass the important “mom-friendly” test. This education session will be held Tuesday, March 14 from 4:00-5:00 pm in the Austin 3 Room at the Sheraton Dallas Hotel.

We hope to see many of you at the Expo next week.
